Titch Fowler – Artist and Resident
Titch Fowler was a much loved resident of the Devizes Almshouses until his death in January 2026, fondly remembered for his warm character and creative spirit. A talented and dedicated artist, Titch found joy in capturing the world around him, bringing life, colour and personality to each of his paintings.
His artwork reflected a keen eye for detail and also a genuine appreciation for everyday moments. This catalogue is a celebration of Titch’s life, creativity and legacy. Titch sadly leaves behind his wife and family, and a beautiful collection of artwork. He is greatly missed and will be warmly remembered by all who knew him.
